Our story
The innThe Fountain Creek Inn is a handful of rooms, a suite, and a whole garden house at the western end of Manitou Avenue, where the bustle of downtown thins out and Fountain Creek runs past the door.
We run it the hands-off way — keypad check-in, free parking, and a spotless room waiting for you. Arrive on your own schedule and spend your time on the mountains, not at a front desk.

How we keep it light
StewardshipOur beds are built with Hugelkultur — a permaculture method that layers logs and organic matter underground to hold water and feed the soil for years. Once established, they need almost no watering. Guests ask about them constantly, and we've been told they're some of the best in Manitou.

- Corn-based compostable trash bags, recyclable paper coffee cups, and coffee pods wrapped plastic-free in biodegradable corn material.

- Cotton throughout the rooms, on the way to 100%.

- The gardens hold their own water, so we run the taps far less than a place this green usually would.
