Yes — free on-site parking comes with every room, one space per room right outside your door. Leave the car all weekend and walk to downtown; you won't need it once you're here.

Self check-in, any hour after 3 PM. Your room has a keypad deadbolt with a code unique to your stay; we text it the morning you arrive. No front desk, no waiting — pull in and let yourself in.

Do you allow pets?

Two rooms are pet-friendly — #103 Farmhouse Queen and #105 Garden Queen — for a $50-per-pet fee. The remaining rooms are kept pet-free for guests with allergies, so book one of the two if you're traveling with a dog.

Is breakfast included?

We're a self-serve inn, so there's no breakfast service or shared kitchen. Every room has a Keurig with K-cup coffee and tea, and a half-dozen cafes and bakeries are a five-minute walk down the avenue.

Are the rooms accessible by stairs only?

It's a mix. Ground-floor rooms have parking and a step-free entrance at the door. The upstairs rooms (#201, #202, #205) open off an exterior walkway reached by a flight of stairs — there's no elevator, so ask for a ground-floor room if stairs are a concern.

It's a lovingly kept older building near the heart of a lively little town, so you'll hear some life around you — footsteps on the walkway, the creek, the occasional train horn. It's part of the Manitou charm, but pack earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
